This website describes Zanhor’s custom CNC machining services and supports initial RFQ communication. Website content is general capability information. A part is accepted for manufacture only after drawing review and an authorized quotation or contract.
Drawings and authority
By submitting files, you confirm that you have authority to share them and that Zanhor may use them to review, quote and perform the requested work. Do not submit controlled, classified or unlawfully obtained technical data. Notify Zanhor before submission if special confidentiality, export-control or data-location requirements apply.
Capabilities and quotations
Published ranges and typical tolerances are not automatic guarantees for every geometry, material, size or quantity. Final price, manufacturability, tolerance, finish, inspection, lead time, shipping, payment, warranty and acceptance criteria are stated in the applicable quotation or contract. The latest mutually accepted drawing revision controls production.
Quality documents
Inspection reports, material certificates, certificates of conformity and other documents are supplied only when included in the quotation or order requirements. Zanhor does not claim third-party certification unless a valid certificate and scope are expressly identified.
Intellectual property
Customer drawings and project-specific technical information remain the property of their respective owners. Zanhor retains rights in its website content, brand, general manufacturing knowledge, tooling methods and non-customer-specific processes. Case studies do not disclose customer identity or proprietary drawings.
Website availability and external services
Zanhor works to keep the website and RFQ channel available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free transmission. If a submission confirmation is not received, contact sales@zanhor.com. External links and third-party services are governed by their own terms.
Prohibited use
You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, upload malware, send unlawful or abusive content, impersonate another person, scrape the service in a disruptive manner or interfere with website operation.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Zanhor is not liable for decisions made solely from general website content, transmission failures outside its reasonable control, or indirect losses arising from use of this informational website. Liability relating to an accepted order is governed by the quotation or contract.

These website terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes relating only to website use should first be addressed through good-faith discussion; unless otherwise agreed in an order contract, unresolved disputes are subject to the competent courts in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China.
