Confirm revision, material, quantity, tolerances, finish, documentation and delivery requirements.

Incoming material review

Verify specification, dimensions and certificates when required by the order.

First article inspection

Check agreed dimensions and appearance before repeat production begins.

In-process checks

Monitor critical characteristics and tool-wear-sensitive features during the batch.

Final inspection

Verify the agreed drawing requirements, appearance and documentation before shipment.

Corrective action

Contain, review and resolve nonconformances with records appropriate to the issue.

Quality documentation

Dimensional inspection reports, first-article records, material certificates, certificates of conformity, coating information and other project documents can be supplied when specified in the RFQ and included in the quotation. Third-party certification is claimed only when supported by a valid certificate with a defined scope.
