Information we collect
When you contact Zanhor or submit an RFQ, we may collect your name, business email, company, country or region, part information, quantities, material and finish requirements, messages, drawings and other files you choose to provide. Basic server security logs may include IP address, browser information, requested page and submission time.
How we use it
We use this information to review manufacturability, prepare quotations, answer questions, communicate about your project, plan production and inspection, fulfil orders, maintain project records, prevent abuse and improve the website. We do not sell personal information or technical files.
Drawing confidentiality
RFQ files are delivered to the controlled Zanhor sales mailbox and are available only to personnel who need them for quotation, engineering, quality, purchasing or order fulfilment. Zanhor will not publish customer drawings or customer-identifying project information without permission. If your project requires an NDA, export-control restrictions or a dedicated transfer method, contact sales@zanhor.com before uploading files.
File security and retention
Website uploads are processed for email delivery and are not retained by the web application after submission. Copies may remain in business email, quotation and project records. Unless a longer period is required for an active order, legal obligation, warranty, dispute or mutually agreed traceability, RFQ files may be retained for up to 24 months after the last project activity and then deleted or securely archived under restricted access.
Service providers and international enquiries
Hosting, email, analytics and security providers may process limited information only to operate these services. Overseas enquiries may involve transmission to and processing in China. Where required, Zanhor will use appropriate notice, consent and contractual or security measures.
Cookies and analytics
Essential technologies support website security and RFQ submission. If analytics is enabled, it will be used to understand aggregate traffic and conversions. Non-essential analytics or advertising technologies will be managed according to applicable consent requirements.
Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information, withdraw consent where applicable, or ask that an inactive RFQ file be deleted, subject to legal and contractual retention needs. Contact sales@zanhor.com and identify the relevant company, project and file.
Contact and updates
Zanhor is based in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. Privacy and file-handling questions may be sent to sales@zanhor.com. We may update this policy when website services or legal requirements change; the effective date above identifies the current version.
